Morupule Coal Mine, the copper producer, recently hosted Botswana Chamber of Mines meetings from the 29th of November 2023 to the 1st of December 2023.

The Botswana Chamber of Mines serves the interests of the mining houses as well as influencing policy decisions and strategic intents within the government, non-governmental organizations and related bodies. The meetings are held biennial and rotate amongst the mining houses in Botswana.
