Goitsemodimo Kaelo Staff Writer

With just over two weeks before it gets down, the Ultimate All White VIP Experience music festival organised by Gilbert Promotions has released its final line-up. The event is scheduled for Molapo Showcase Piazza in Gaborone on April 6.

Sesotho hip-hop rap artist, songwriter, and record producer, Thaabe Letsie, popularly known as Ntate Stunna will be coming to Botswana as the headline act. The Stimela hit maker will perform alongside fellow South African artists, Sechaba and Rockzie, Mvzzle and Botswana’s very own international deejay, DJ Ngwazi of Uthando fame. From the local scene, they will be joined by Casper the DJ, DJ Kyle, DJ Nelcee, Buddahblaz and Tribal Tido. Whilst Ntate Stunna is the main attraction on the line-up because of his popular track Stimela, the new kid on the block Rockzie is someone fans should look out for.

According to the event organiser, Gilbert ‘PP wa Pimp’ Seagile, Rockzie has the capacity to lighten up the event. “Because of her energy on stage and music, Rockzie is already touted as the next Makhadzi whom she looks up to and could reach even greater heights. She is such a powerful artist overall,” Seagile said.

She has songs such as

Inkanyezi, Ndila Dzanga, Nyito Dololo and Ndiwa Mashudu that fans could dance to. At 18, the teen sensation from Venda is tipped to become a star. Seagile said preparations for the event are progressing well. He said patrons should expect the best entertainment on the night. As part of promoting the festival, the organisers have been giving away standard tickets to lucky winners. Patrons were asked to like a post about the event on Facebook and mention their friends in the comments and share it to their feeds. Tickets for the show sell at P150 advance, P200 pre-sold for two, P200 at the gate and P1,000 VIP.
