The City of Francistown Council (COFC) through its Youth Participation in Local Democracy Project recently held a Procurement Planning meeting for the youth of the city at the Civic Centre Hall. The purpose of the forum was for the COFC to share its procurement cycle with the youth, so that they comprehend the different stages of procurement from initiation to award as aligned with the government’s budgetary cycle.
