Fans and pundits alike have spoken of how this might become a threat to his job and put the coach under pressure to deliver since he is not used to being in such a position. However, Flamingoes management is still backing the coach. “Indeed the team is not doing well, results are not coming our way despite having made all the necessary preparations. We have only managed 3 out of a possible 15 points. It’s worrisome but the Coach’s job is still safe,” team mouthpiece, Lazarus Mafa said.

We will not relegate, neither will we stay in the relegation zone. It requires us to triple our efforts and we will do that without fail. We are Sua Flamingoes.”
