A woman South Africans have taken to Twitter to call Racist Belinda Magor, has been arrested after a circulating voice note in which she called for black people to be banned instead of pitbulls. Magatwe a re the 60-year-old woman who maintained animals were better than black people, was also heard saying all black men should instead be killed and black women’s wombs be cut off. She said: “Ban the black men. They rape, steal and kill, worse than any pitbull could, and they get away with it.” Magor’s remarks come on the backdrop of a highly charged debate over the banning of pitbulls following a spate of attacks. Reports say a number of activists even took to the streets to go picket outside the woman’s home in protest against her vicious racial attack. Gatwe the woman was contributing to a whatsApp conversation on the banning of pitbulls. The South African Human Rights Commission is investigating the utterances, and human rights activists expressed disappointment and say that a person who was mature during the Truth and Reconciliation Commission should rather be setting a good example. Scores of South Africans protested this Monday outside the workplace and residence of the woman. – she blames the racist rant on diabetes!
