Global communications group, Huawei, will hold its Telecomm Congress in Botswana at the end of the month, the first time to be hosted in the country. Huawei Botswana managing director, David Zhang said the congress would highlight the latest technologies featured at the recent Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona, Spain. The event is billed as the most significant international summit of the mobile connectivity industry. Zhang said the congress in Botswana would feature 5G industry development, home broadband service development, cloud, digital transformation, cloud campus network and others. Huawei also plans to use the event to introduce its scenario-based solutions, where it leverages its ICT network to achieve improvements for businesses.
